Owner & Co-CEO
A results-driven executive with a proven track record in operational efficiency and management, Yulie has held key roles as the Global Head of Operations at Orgenesis Inc. and General Manager of Pharmaseed Ltd. She excels in managing complex projects across diverse global markets. Yulie holds advanced degrees in life sciences and drug development from Tel Aviv University.
Dr. Efrat Assa-Kunik
Owner & Co-CEO
A seasoned executive with over 15 years of leadership experience in the biotech industry.
An inspirational leader who drives innovation and growth through collaboration and strategic vision. Her career spans key roles including Chief Development Officer & General Manager at Orgenesis Inc., VP of Business Development at Pharmaseed Ltd., and Senior Scientist at BioGenCell Ltd. Efrat holds a PhD from the Weizmann institute of Science.
Dr. Udi Gluschnaider
Head of Sales & Business Development
Udi holds a PhD in Medical Science from the Hebrew University. With experience in preclinical development and project management at leading biotech firms, he specializes in cancer biology, genetics, and gene therapy. An avid marathon runner, he combines scientific expertise with strategic business leadership.
Dr. Perri Rozenberg-Hasson
Head of Pre-Clinical Unit
Perri joined Pharmaseed in 2018 as a Study Director and has led the In-Vitro unit since 2019. She holds a PhD in Immunology and degrees in Cellular Biology and Biology from Tel Aviv University, with past roles in academia and biotech research. Specializing in in-vitro assays, cancer models, and metabolic studies, she has published extensively on eosinophils in cancer and respiratory disorders.
Dr. Eddy Pichinuk
CTO
Eddy was previously CEO of KulaOmics and Director at DeepCure. He led drug discovery at the Blavatnik Center and holds a PhD in Cancer Research and Immunology from Tel Aviv University.

Dr. Sam Agus M.D
Dr. Agus is a board-certified neurologist and a seasoned medication and device (including software as medical device) development expert, with more than 20 years of global experience in multiple therapy areas.
Served as Chief Medical Officer with several biotech companies and as a senior leader in clinical development and medical affairs in mid-size and large pharmaceutical companies.
Prof. Ronnie Levy
Prof. Levy, Pharmaseed’s Chief Science Officer since 2015. He specializes in biopharmaceuticals, pharmacokinetics, and drug development. Ronnie holds a PhD in Chemistry from The Hebrew University and a professorship at Ben-Gurion University. Formerly with NRCN and IIBR.
His motto: “Being old is only in your mind.”
Dr. Lior Bikovski
Dr. Bikovski is an expert in neuro-behavioral studies. He provides us consultation on experimental design and data analysis, as well as technical training for new users and assistance with scheduling the experiments.

Dr. Itschak Lamensdorf
1964-2024
Dr. Lamensdorf founded Pharmaseed in 2003, led its scientific and drug development-oriented expansion, global collaborations, and staff excellence and always stood at the forefront of innovation. Itschak founded and served as CEO of PharmaSense, specializing in CNS disorder treatments as well as many other start-ups such as Alvit Pharma focused in cannabis based drug development and Pharma2B.
We at Pharmaseed, carry forward this legacy while embracing new opportunities to expand beyond our core services.
